Connect AWS During Trial Registration

Use this guide to connect the first AWS account while registering for a Cloudaware trial.

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • Permissions in AWS to create IAM resources (users, access keys) and deploy CloudFormation stacks.

In the Cloudaware Launcher (Control Hub), select one of the following authentication methods:

With IAM Role (Recommended)
With Access & Secret Keys

Tip: For large environments, onboard the management account first. Then use AWS Organizations with StackSets to discover member accounts.

If the Cloudaware account is already active and another AWS account must be added, use Add an AWS Account from the Admin Panel instead.
