Understand Cloudaware Configuration Item (CI) Data Model

Cloudaware has an object model to reflect different types of artefacts such as cloud instances, firewall policies and operating system users. Cloudaware updates the data model frequently as cloud providers roll out new features and services.

In order to see what the latest data model is, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup → Objects (type Objects in the Quick find box)

2. Review the list of Custom objects. For example, let’s drill down to the AWS Account object:
