Cloud Provider Marketplaces

This guide describes how to subscribe to Cloudaware through AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, or Google Cloud Marketplace. Before you start, ensure that you have the required organization-wide and billing permissions.

AWS Marketplace​

Use AWS Marketplace to subscribe to Cloudaware through an AWS account. This option allows AWS customers to manage Cloudaware procurement and billing through AWS Marketplace purchasing workflows.

AWS Public Offers​

To subscribe using a public offer:

  1. Sign in to the AWS Console.

  2. Navigate to AWS Marketplace → Discover products.

  3. Search for Cloudaware.

  4. Select Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go) or Cloudaware SaaS Contract, depending on the payment terms.

    If you selected Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go), save the subscription code. You will need it later to link your company and Cloudaware in AWS Marketplace.

  5. Select View payment options.

    If you selected Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go), a nominal charge of $1.00 per unit applies. Contact tam@cloudaware.com for quota information. Subscriptions are based on actual usage.

  6. Select Subscribe.

To subscribe using a private offer:

  1. Contact Cloudaware at tam@cloudaware.com to confirm usage and payment terms.
  2. Provide your AWS payer (management) account ID to Cloudaware.
  3. Get the private offer link from Cloudaware and accept the offer.
  4. Subscribe to Cloudaware:
    • Sign in to the AWS Console using the payer (management) account.
    • Navigate to AWS Marketplace → Manage subscriptions.
    • Select Discover products and search for Cloudaware.
    • Select Cloudaware SaaS Contract.
    • Select Continue to Subscribe → Subscribe → Set Up Your Account.

Microsoft Azure Marketplace​

Use Microsoft Azure Marketplace to subscribe to Cloudaware through a Microsoft Azure billing account. This option supports Azure-based procurement and consolidated billing for organizations that purchase software through Microsoft commercial marketplace channels.

Microsoft Azure Public Offers​

To subscribe using a public offer:

  1. Open Microsoft Azure Marketplace and search for Cloudaware.

  2. Select Plans + Pricing.

  3. Select a plan.

    For paid subscriptions, select Cloudaware Basic.

  4. Select Get it now.

  5. Copy and save the subscription code.

  6. Provide the subscription code to tam@cloudaware.com.

    This code is required to link your company and Cloudaware in Azure Marketplace.

To subscribe using a private offer:

  1. Contact Cloudaware at tam@cloudaware.com to confirm usage and payment terms.

  2. Sign in to the Azure portal.

  3. Navigate to Azure Marketplace → Private Offer Management.

  4. Locate the private offer from Cloudaware and select Purchase to accept it.

  5. After the purchase is processed, locate the subscription under your SaaS subscriptions list.

  6. Select Open SaaS Account on publisher's site.

  7. Copy and save the subscription code.

  8. Provide the subscription code to tam@cloudaware.com.

    This code is required to link your company and Cloudaware in Azure Marketplace.

Google Cloud Marketplace​

Use Google Cloud Marketplace to subscribe to Cloudaware through a Google Cloud billing account. This option allows Google Cloud customers to manage Cloudaware procurement through Google Cloud Marketplace and apply charges to an eligible billing account.

Google Public Offers​

To subscribe using a public offer:

  1. Contact Cloudaware at tam@cloudaware.com to confirm usage and payment terms.

  2. Sign in to the Google Cloud Console.

  3. Open the navigation menu and select Marketplace.

  4. Search for Cloudaware and open the listing.

  5. Select View all plans → select a plan → Select.

    For paid subscriptions, select Basic.

  6. Choose the billing account and review the additional terms.

  7. Specify quantities according to your agreement with Cloudaware:

    • Basic User: number of user licenses
    • Basic Row: number of rows

  8. Select Sign up with Cloudaware.

  9. Copy and save the subscription code.

  10. Provide the subscription code to tam@cloudaware.com.

    This code is required to link your company and Cloudaware in Google Cloud Marketplace.

To subscribe using a private offer:

  1. Contact Cloudaware at tam@cloudaware.com to confirm usage and payment terms.

  2. Request a private offer from Cloudaware.

  3. When the offer is available, review and accept it in Google Cloud Marketplace.

  4. Complete the subscription.

  5. Copy and save the subscription code.

  6. Provide the subscription code to tam@cloudaware.com.

    This code is required to link your company and Cloudaware in Google Cloud Marketplace.
