Breeze Agent 3.x Feature Availability

Breeze Agent 3.x does not yet have a counterpart for every Breeze Agent 1.x capability. A host that relies on a capability that is not available on 3.x loses it when it moves to 3.x.

Check this table before you migrate a host. If a capability you use is marked Planned or Not available, keep the hosts that depend on it on Breeze Agent 1.x.

If a Capability You Use Is Missing

  • Keep the affected hosts on Breeze Agent 1.x. Breeze Agent 1.x continues to run and report as before.
  • Migrate the hosts that do not depend on the missing capability. You do not have to migrate a whole account at once.
  • Contact Cloudaware Support if you are not sure which capabilities your hosts use. Cloudaware can check this for your account.
