This guide describes the Cloudaware Status Page, which allows users to view platform and service availability at a glance.
The Cloudaware Status Page provides a read-only view of:
- Overall platform availability
- Availability of key components and underlying services (where applicable)
- Ongoing incidents, maintenance windows, and historical uptime
When to Use
- To quickly confirm whether Cloudaware is already tracking a service disruption.
- To check whether planned maintenance may affect your tenants or integrations.
- To share a neutral, customer-friendly link with internal stakeholders during incidents.
