Integrations

Unified Monitoring depends on integrations to collect metrics and events from cloud providers, hosts, and external monitoring tools, and to deliver alerts to collaboration and incident‑management systems.

This section focuses on integrations most relevant to monitoring.

Data‑Source Integrations​

  • Cloud providers – AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud integrations provide metrics for cloud resources and managed services.
  • Host‑level monitoring – Breeze Agent combined with Zabbix for servers and on‑prem systems.
  • Third‑party monitoring tools – integrations for platforms like Datadog, New Relic, SolarWinds, Nagios, Sensu, Pingdom, and others under Other Integrations.

Notification and Workflow Integrations​

  • Notifications – email, Slack, and other collaboration channels.
  • Webhooks & API – generic outbound webhooks to SIEM/SOAR, ticketing, or custom systems.
  • ITSM and incident management – tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, and similar platforms, configured via their respective integration docs.

Design Considerations​

  • Start with a small number of high‑value integrations and expand over time.
  • Align integration scopes with CMDB tagging so coverage analysis remains accurate.
  • Avoid duplicating the same alerts across multiple tools unless you intentionally want redundancy.
