Cloud Providers

Cloudaware Unified Monitoring relies on cloud‑native monitoring services for managed resources and “appliance‑style” components where agents cannot run.

Use this guide to understand how cloud telemetry flows into Unified Monitoring.

AWS

For AWS, Unified Monitoring primarily consumes metrics from:

  • Amazon CloudWatch (EC2, ELB/ALB, RDS, Redshift, EFS, Lambda, and other services).
  • Health and status APIs for certain managed services.

For more details, see AWS CloudWatch.

Azure

For Azure, Unified Monitoring consumes:

  • Metrics and health data from Azure Monitor.
  • Logs and metrics exported to Log Analytics where relevant.

For more details, see Azure Monitor.

Google Cloud

For Google Cloud, Unified Monitoring uses:

  • Metrics from Google Cloud Monitoring (formerly Stackdriver).
  • Health status from selected managed services.

For more details, see Google Cloud Monitoring.

Other Platforms

For VMware and on‑prem environments:

  • Use Breeze Agent and Zabbix to collect host and service metrics.
  • Where available, integrate with platform‑specific monitoring tools (for example, vCenter or storage appliances) via other integrations and webhooks.
