Scheduled reports and dashboards keep stakeholders informed without requiring them to log in and run ad‑hoc queries.

Scheduling Patterns​

Common schedules include:

  • Weekly posture summaries for security and cloud governance teams.
  • Monthly or quarterly framework‑specific reports (for example, CIS, PCI, HIPAA) for risk and compliance teams.
  • Environment‑specific summaries for application and platform owners.

Schedules should align with your governance cadence (for example, CAB meetings, steering committees, or audit cycles).

Distribution​

Reports and dashboards can be:

  • Emailed to distribution lists as attachments or links.
  • Embedded or linked from internal portals.
  • Accessed directly in Cloudaware with appropriate permissions.

When distributing, ensure that:

  • Recipients have the right context to interpret the data.
  • Reports include links back to Cloudaware for deeper investigation.
  • Sensitive information is handled according to your data classification policies.
