Exports

Compliance Engine findings are often consumed outside Cloudaware—for example, in audit evidence packs, data warehouses, SIEMs, or ITSM systems.

Export Options

You can work with findings using:

  • Cloudaware reports and dashboards – filter, group, and aggregate findings directly in the UI; export to CSV when needed.
  • Scheduled reports – send regular summaries to stakeholders by email.
  • APIs and integrations – consume findings programmatically or stream them into external platforms.

Typical destinations include:

  • ITSM tools (for example, Jira, ServiceNow, ServiceDesk) where findings become or enrich tickets.
  • SIEM/SOAR platforms where findings are correlated with events and alerts; see SIEM/SOAR.
  • Data warehouses and BI tools where compliance data is combined with other business metrics.

Considerations

When exporting findings:

  • Include identifiers and links back to Cloudaware so users can see full context.
  • Preserve status and timestamps so downstream systems can calculate the same KPIs (for example, MTTR, violation age).
  • Decide whether to export only current open findings or both open and historical ones, depending on use case.

See Integrations for guidance on ITSM, collaboration, and SIEM/SOAR patterns.
