Cloudaware CMDB ships with a rich schema for cloud provider, on‑premies and third‑party objects. However, most organizations need additional structure and context. Customization lets you extend the CMDB with your own objects, fields, calculated attributes, and enrichment rules, aligning the data model with how you think about applications, services, and risk.

Use Cases​

Typical use cases include:

  • Modeling business concepts such as applications, services, and environments and linking them to the underlying infrastructure.
  • Capturing ownership, support, and compliance metadata that does not exist in cloud providers.
