Question: What types of logs do you support?
Answer: Cloudaware collects cloud service logs, host-level logs, and logs from IAM providers (OneLogin, Okta). Custom log sources are also supported.

Question: Can I access and query my raw log data feeds?
Answer: Yes, use query DSL to explore raw event data.

Question: How long does Cloudaware store my log data?
Answer: It is two months by default plus the current month. Cloudaware automatically archives older data to provide longer data retention. The preferred data retention period is subject to discussion with a customer.

Question: Does Cloudaware Log Management support machine learning?
Answer: Yes, Cloudaware uses ML models to perform anomaly detection and forecasting.
