Troubleshooting
App Authorization Fails
- Confirm that the Slack user authorizing the app has permission to install apps in the workspace.
- Verify that the selected channel exists and that app installation is allowed for that channel.
- Retry the authorization from the Slack Cloudaware Application integration details.
Slack Channel Is Not Available
- Confirm that the channel exists in the Slack workspace where the app was installed.
- If the channel is private, confirm that the app can be added to the channel according to workspace policy.
