- Export configuration.
- In the Azure portal, open Cost Management + Billing → Billing scopes and select the billing account.
- Open Cost Management → Exports.
- Confirm that the export used by Cloudaware is:

Subscription Level Exports
- Export configuration.

- Storage account contents.
- Verify that export files are present for recent days.
- Confirm that file timestamps match the configured export schedule.
- Integration status in Cloudaware.
- Go to *Admin → Azure Billing → CONFIGURED.
- Confirm that each expected subscription export is discovered, enabled, and green.
- Coverage checks.
- Verify that all expected subscriptions appear in Cloudaware Cost Management.
- Confirm that resource groups, services, and tags are available for grouping and filtering.
Data Freshness
- Allow time for Microsoft Azure to generate export files and for Cloudaware to complete the next collection cycle.
- For daily exports, validate against the last full day or a completed month rather than the current partial day.
- If Microsoft Azure reprocesses historical costs, Cloudaware reflects those changes after the updated export files are ingested.
