CyberArk

CyberArk is the privileged access management solution providing security offering for any identity – human or machine – across business applications, distributed workforces, hybrid cloud workloads and throughout the DevOps lifecycle. This guide explains how to add CyberArk integration to Cloudaware.

Prerequisites

Ensure you have sufficient permissions to access the CyberArk environment. Admin access is recommended.


Add a CyberArk server


  1. Log in to Cloudaware → Admin.

  1. Find CyberArk in integrations. Click +ADD.

  2. Fill out the form:

    WHERE
    Server URL – the CyberArk server URL, e.g. https://companyname.privilegecloud.cyberark.com where companyname is placeholder for your data
    Username – the CyberArk username
    Password – the CyberArk password
    Trust Certificate – check this box if DNS name is different

    Click CHECK to test the connection. Once the validation passed, click SAVE.

  3. A green light in the ‘Status’ column indicates successful configuration. If the light is red, contact support@cloudaware.com.

  4. To view CyberArk-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select CYBERARK in the left-hand menu.
