Cloudflare

Cloudflare is a global network platform that provides CDN, DDoS protection, security, and DNS services. This guide explains how to add Cloudflare integration to Cloudaware.

Prerequisites

  1. Create an account API Token in Cloudflare.

  2. Ensure that the Account Settings: Read permission is assigned to the account token. The permission allows an API token to view high-level account configurations, subscription states, and diagnostic summaries. Read more about permissions

Add a Cloudflare account

  1. Log in to Cloudaware → Admin.

  2. Find Cloudflare in Security integrations. Click +ADD.

  3. Fill out the form:

    WHERE
    Name: A descriptive account name
    Account ID: The Cloudflare Account ID
    API Token: The Cloudflare Account API Token

    Click CHECK to test the connection. Once the validation passed, click SAVE.

  4. A green light in the ‘Status’ column indicates successful configuration. If the light is red, contact support@cloudaware.com

  5. To view Cloudflare-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select CLOUDFLARE in the left-hand menu.

Cloudaware currently supports the following Cloudflare objects:

  • Cloudflare Account CA10CF__CaCloudflareAccount__c

  • Cloudflare Zone CA10CF__CaCloudflareZone__c
