Change Management - Requirements

1. Ensure you have added your inventory to Cloudaware using one of the guides.

2. Set up Field History Tracking on or create an Approval Process for a record you want to track changes on, or contact your Technical Account Manager at tam@cloudaware.com for assistance.

3. Ensure you have the Breeze agent installed to track Breeze-related changes.
