Tanium
Tanium is an autonomous endpoint management (AEM) platform that empowers IT operations and security teams to identify, manage, and execute change safely and reliably – at scale, with confidence, and in real time. This guide explains how to add Tanium integration to Cloudaware.

Prerequisites
Enable Tanium Gateway according to the system requirements. Read more
Create an API token for a user with the required permissions to allow Gateway access. Read more
Optional: assign read-only access to Tanium Software Packages for the user associated with the API token.
Add Tanium account
Log in to the Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find Tanium Account in the list of integrations. Click +Add.
Fill out the form:
WHERE
Name – enter a name for the integration
Customer Name – enter the Tanium customer name (in Tanium Cloud, thecustomerURL
is also the subdomain in the cloud URL, e.g.,<customerURL>.cloud.tanium.com
)
API Token – enter the API token
Click Save to test the connection. Once the validation passed, click Save.A green light in the ‘Status’ column indicates a successful configuration. If the light is red, contact support@cloudaware.com.
To view Tanium-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select TANIUM in the menu on the left:
