Users can customize Cloudaware by adding custom objects. Custom objects can be Applications, Requests or any type of record that is not already covered by a standard object.

Creating Custom Objects

Log in to Cloudaware account. Select Setup in the main menu under your username. Type Objects in the Quick Find box. Click New Custom Object.

Customizing Standard Objects

Another option that is available to users is customizing Standard objects. For example, a user may choose to add a new field to a standard object such as AWS EBS Volume.

Log in to Cloudaware account. Select Setup in the main menu under your username. Type Objects in the Quick Find box. Select the object under question. Click New under 'Custom Fields & Relationships'.

Editing Page Layouts

Using Page Layouts, users can add or remove fields from any custom or standard object. In addition, using page layout editors users can add or remove object related lists.

All standard objects are searchable by default.
