AWS Marketplace

This guide explains how to subscribe to Cloudaware through AWS Marketplace. Before you begin, verify that you have the required AWS billing permissions to subscribe to paid plans (typically on the payer/management account in AWS Organizations).

Public offers

To subscribe using a public offer:

1. Sign in to the AWS Console. Navigate to AWS Marketplace → Discover products.

2. Search for Cloudaware. Select Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go)^* or Cloudaware SaaS Contract, depending on the payment terms.

^*If you selected Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go), save the subscription code. You will need it later to link your company and Cloudaware in AWS Marketplace.

3. Select View payment options.

^*If you selected Cloudaware (pay-as-you-go), a nominal charge of $1.00 per unit applies. Contact tam@cloudaware.com for quota information (subscriptions are based on actual usage).

4. Click Subscribe.

Private offers (recommended)

To subscribe using a private offer:

1. Contact Cloudaware at tam@cloudaware.com to confirm usage and payment terms.

2. Provide your AWS payer (management) account ID to Cloudaware.

3. Get the private offer link from Cloudaware and accept the offer.

4. Subscribe to Cloudaware:

   • Sign in to the AWS Console using the payer/management account.

   • Navigate to AWS Marketplace → Manage subscriptions.

   • Select Discover products and search for Cloudaware. Select Cloudaware SaaS Contract.

   • Select Continue to Subscribe → Subscribe → Set Up Your Account.
